1 YEAR OLD {Conrad}
Well the day came and went and zero tears were shed, so that's good! We had a party for his birthday but not til the weekend after his actual birthday. We were homebound on the day of Conrads actual birthday so we didn't get to do anything fun but the next day (which is coincidently MY birthday) we went to the zoo.
Size
Around 21 pounds and just a peanut.
Size 4.5 shoe.
Size 9-12 month and 12 month clothing.
Size 3 diapers
Eyes and Teeth
Blue eyes and 6 teeth - he's always been a super drooly boy so unsure if any new teeth are on his horizon.
Hair
Very blonde, almost white. Longer in the back than on top.
Sleep
Wakes for the day around 8:30am.
Naps around once a day, 12-1pm.
Bedtime around 8:30am.
I believe he has dropped his morning nap and moved to more of an afternoon nap. He technically still needs an evening nap because he gets fussy and whiney the later it gets but maybe I just need to adjust his bedtime because he can't get a second nap or he wouldn't go to bed at night.
He tends to only wake once at night to nurse (well, I still nurse him because I'm not ready for that fight, to be honest). He either usually wakes at 1 or 2 am and sleeps til morning or he sleeps until 5 or 6 am and then again til 8:30am.
Diet
Still nursing but we are down to only like 3-4 times a day. Starting to drink cows milk more and more. Loves mac&cheese, strawberries, and snacks. He is very picky about a lot of foods, he prefers "baby food/purees" over table food usually.
Milestones
Starting to say "mama, fish, diaper, kitty, banana, night"
He's starting to fall asleep on his own if he's still awake when we are done nursing.
Starting to know where some of his body parts are, like his belly especially.
Brings me his shoes and sits down to try to put them on if we are leaving.
Sign language: more, please, all done, eat, milk, thank you.
Likes
Loves Hanley's motorized mermaid bath toy. He will carry it around the entire time we are upstairs.
Dislikes
He's picky with food.
Nicknames
Nothing has changed here, typically all the same as previous months.

Went to Skymax for Toddler time.
Went to the doctor for mouth rash.
51 weeks:
Went to Great Wolf Lodge for his and my birthday.
52 weeks:

11 Months Old {Conrad}
I'm deep in denial about how quick my sweet boy will be one year old! This past year flew by faster than a blink of an eye!
Size
20 lbs
Size 3 diapers still.
Wearing a size 4 shoe.
Wearing mostly 12 month clothing. 9 month onsies still fit good, and some 9 month pants fit.
Eyes and Teeth
Blue eyes and 6 teeth. He cut two more top teeth this month. Always results in a clingy, cranky, and drooly Conrad.
Hair
Blonde. Contemplating cutting off his "mullet" but certainly not until after his first birthday.
Sleep
Not much new to report here: sleep is decent. No excessive wake ups but not sleeping through the night consistently at all.
Diet
Nursing a handful of times a day. Not a huge fan of chunks of a lot of foods but still eating baby food daily.
Milestones
Started hugging when asked. (45 weeks)
Blowing kisses (47 weeks)
Started to be able to stand up in the middle of the room, without using something to help pull himself up. (48 weeks)
Tries to jump when you ask him to jump. (48 weeks)
Likes
Loves carrying around the tiny toy ketchup bottle from the kitchen set. Loves playing with toys and reading books. Won't leave his penis alone during any diaper change.
Dislikes
Teething. He is mostly a very pleasant little boy. Peas and green beans (the actual vegetable).
Nicknames
I'm slowing down on the nicknames, I just stick with Bud and Brother mainly

Stayed the night at Jeanettes with me and Hanley for the first time. We went to her house because the power was out for hours and hours at our house since someone snapped a utility pole in half with her car.

10 Months Old {Conrad}
I'm waaaaay behind this month. I need to get on the ball and make sure I don't get so far behind on updating and posting anymore!!
Size
Around 20lbs-21lbs.
Still in a size 3 diaper.
Wearing a 3-4 shoe.
In 9 and 12 month clothing. 12 month clothing is still a tad big but not too bad.

It's so blonde that it's almost white. Michael always jokes that he looks like the dad, Frank Barone, from "Everbody Loves Raymond" because all the hair he has in the back. haha

Sleep
Sleep is better.
Naps 1 to 2 times a day.
1st nap is usually always 2 hours after he wakes up in the mornings. Depending on our day and if we are home, he will nap again around 4-5pm.
He goes to bed around 9 (give or take 30 minutes) usually always wakes up at 5am to nurse and right back to sleep until around 9am. Here and there he will wake up around 2am also.

This isn't exactly a 'milestone' but he definitely figured out that if he throws a toy on the ground, I'll pick it up over and over and over again before I realized what was happening. Hanley never really went through that phase so much so that's new to me.
Started waving.
Signing 'please'.
Started clapping.

Sometimes Hanley smothers him, she has good intentions, but she just tries to hug him and not let him go and he doesnt like that.
